Returns
We attach a tag to our items in a place that does not harm the garment such as a button hole or label. The security tag must be attached and unaltered for a return to be accepted.
If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately for instructions using the link above. If possible, keep original shipping materials and packing slip. If you don't have the original packaging, please find a similar form of packaging for the return. If you don't have the packing slip, please make sure to include a copy of our address inside the package.
The same item that was shipped must be returned in the same exact condition it was sent and must have the security tag still attached and unaltered.
Returns must be postmarked within seven days of your receipt of package.
If the return is due to our error, we will pay for return shipping and provide a full refund upon receipt including shipping both ways.
If the return is discretionary (for a reason other than our error), the refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For discretionary returns, customer pays return shipping, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International customers - on the customs form, mark the package as being a "return".
