Vintage NOS (New Old Stock) 60s khaki work shirt with paper tag attached, long sleeves, two chest pockets with flap and button closure, left side pocket has slot for pen or pencil, translucent bakelite buttons down front, one button cuffs, tails cut along bottom edge. Label reads "Perma-Prest No Iron - Wash and Wear".

Condition:

New old stock, never worn, no holes stains tears or odors, there is one tiny nick in the fabric on the front middle right near the pocket. See pic below.
